Another12 Ministries was formed in response to a major need seen within the church. Tim Andre and Chris Reimer met in 2015 when they were paired together to lead a group of high school boys at their local church. A friendship grew quickly as they bonded over many things, but the greatest of these was their love of the Scriptures and discipling their students. Over the years, the need for extensive youth leader training within the church became more and more evident to both Tim and Chris. In the summer of 2017, God placed the call firmly on their lives to undertake the task of creating what would eventually become Another12 Ministries. As a team, they bring a deep understanding of youth ministry, a comprehensive plan for training youth leaders, and a deep passion to see young people saved who then go out and bring the Gospel to their peers.

Tim Andre -Founder/Speaker/Curriculum Creator
The calling which God has placed on my life to found Another12 Ministries stems back to my own high school days. Even then, before understanding the calling, I had a sense that God was moving me to bring the gospel specifically to young people. I have spent over 12 years ministering to youth in various capacities. For the past 7 years, I have been actively involved in traditional, church-based youth ministry, leading several student groups.
In 2017, God firmly placed the vision for Another12 Ministries on my heart, and, together with my friend and small group co-leader Chris, the journey to starting this ministry began to take shape. In preparation for this task, I entered seminary in the spring of 2018 at the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University, and in the summer of 2019 God prompted our family to relocate from Seattle to Atlanta.
I am driven by a passion to see the Kingdom of God flourish in the youth of this world. The recent shifts in world culture have led to a mass exodus of youth from the Christian faith, and the result has been devastating to the Church. I am praying that God will begin an unstoppable revival that will capture the hearts of young people around the world, leading to the increase of His Kingdom. My desire is only to be obedient so that God will receive all the glory.
In addition to my ministry experience, I have a Masters of Divinity from Liberty University and a Juris Doctorate from Oak Brook College of Law. I am blessed to have been married to my best friend Tara for 20 years and we have two amazing sons.

Chris Reimer -Training Development/Biblical Research
Being a part of founding Another12 Ministries is one of the most humbling privileges I’ve had in my life, to this point. I have been actively involved in youth ministry for almost 15 years, both as a student and a leader, and I have seen a wide range of ministry teams that have both struggled and flourished. There is no greater experience than being part of a youth ministry team that is working together with a united focus of seeing students grow into faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. Such growth can only happen when leaders are grounded in the truth of God’s word. This is the reason why I am so excited to be part of Another12 Ministries.
About 7 years ago, I met Tim when we were partnered together to lead a group of young high school men. What developed over the course of time is an incredible friendship, formed through a mutual desire to see youth on fire for Christ. As we sharpened one another in our own faith, we began to see a vision of the future Church and what it might look like if its present course remained unchanged. Sadly, the faithful teaching of the truth of God’s word has dwindled, and the Church has continued to ignore the desperate importance of prioritizing strong biblical teaching, discipleship, and outreach in the area of youth ministry. It is our hope and prayer to see youth, the future of God’s Church, reached in a way that only Christ can accomplish.
I received my BA in Print Journalism from George Fox University, and an MAT from Seattle Pacific University with an emphasis in English/Language Arts. Aside from working to develop Another12, I love being married to my beautiful wife Cady, as well as being an avid Seattle area sports fan (bring the Sonics back!).
Core Beliefs
As a ministry, we hold certain core beliefs which we deem to be essential. Our goal is to advance the Kingdom of Jesus across denominations, over boarders, between cultures, and around all obstacles. To maintain an unwavering focus on the goal and to chart an undeterred path to achieving our calling, we have defined several core beliefs to prevent us from losing our way in this often-turbulent world. With our eyes fixed firmly on Jesus, we press on towards our calling.
One True God
There is only one true God, who created all things and is sovereign over all things. He exists in three distinct persons who are of the same substance and are co-equal, each possessing within themselves the full being of God.
Depravity of Man
Though created in a sinless state, man, through sinful rebellion against God, fell from his position and has earned eternal death as a result of his sin. Man’s heart is depraved, leaving man utterly without hope of redemption apart from the unilateral work of Jesus Christ on the cross, the abundant mercy of God the Father, and the resurrection work of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man through divine incarnation. He was sent by God the Father to come to earth. Jesus willingly emptied Himself and humbled Himself, taking on human form and being obedient to the will of the Father, even to the point of death on the cross. He lived a sinless life, died in the place of sinners, is the propitiation for man’s sin, and rose again in glory to be seated at the right hand of God.
The Bible
The Bible, with its sixty-six books, is the inspired and inerrant Word of God given to mankind. The Bible was written by men who were moved and inspired by the Holy Spirit, and the words which they have written, being influenced by their experience, education, and personality, were also supernaturally guided by the Holy Spirit. The result is that the Scriptures contain the exact words that God intended to communicate to mankind.
Salvation
Salvation from eternal death is the gift of God, accomplished through the work of His Son, Jesus Christ. This gift is given to men by God and cannot be earned or obtained by any work or piety which man can devise. Salvation manifests itself as a result of the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a person and brings about repentance, salvation, sanctification, and adoption.
The Church
The Church is the family of believers on earth. The Church's mission is to be faithful witnesses of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples of new believers and carrying the message of hope to the entire world. The Church gathers together at regular intervals to worship God together, partake of the Lord’s Supper, and fellowship together.
Heaven
Heaven is a real place where those who have been adopted into the family of God will dwell with Him forever in eternal bliss and security.
Hell
Hell is a real place where those who have not received God’s gift of salvation will be consigned to eternal torment, punishment, and eternal separation from God.
